I have 2 of the Israeli Surplus FN's that I picked up for REALLY cheap. I have already refinished one in Graphite Black Cerakote with Sniper Gray grips. I'm probably going to mix some black and Tungsten for the other's frame and a Graphite Black slide/small parts. I'm into the second for $360 shipped, so it should be a good project. Both of mine came with lanyard rings and ambi safeties.
Nice looking Hi-Power! Those grips look good on it, too. I still have a few holsters if you're interested.
You could send it to Novak's. Don't qoute me on this, but I think they will cut the dovetails and install night sights for somewhere around $125.00, with a turnaround time of about a week. I'd check the prices online, as it has been awhile since I last looked.
