So I’m trying to help a friend who’s husband passed and he had these headdresses. Looking for someone who might be able to give me more information about them. Did some internet searching but really only found one website selling similar ones. Apparently “buffy sam” is the artist. Not sure what “warrior” on the opposite side of the tags is. Manufacture I guess but couldn’t find anything about them so far. Any information on or about these is appreciated

Be careful who you sell them to if the headdresses are real eagle feathers.

In the United States, the eagle feather law provides many exceptions to federal wildlife laws regarding eagles and other migratory birds to enable Native Americans to continue their traditional, spiritual and cultural practices.

Under the current language of the eagle feather law, individuals of certifiable Native American ancestry enrolled in a federally recognized tribe are legally authorized to obtain eagle feathers.

A violation of the Act can result in a fine of $100,000 ($200,000 for organizations), imprisonment for one year, or both, for a first offense. Penalties increase substantially for additional offenses, and a second violation of this Act is a felony. [1]

Tuesday you can call the Navajo tribe and they will tell you all and maybe give you contact info.
Found this off of here

It's dated 2021, but states: Handmade by Navajo artist Buffy Sam Zuni artist Suzette Chavez. Buffy Sam is a 35 year old mother of two who has been making bonnets for over 12 years.
Looks like they all say Navajo. Western Plain and Cloud Chaser?
I think those western plain could chaser is like a “model” / design name.
