Concealed Carry Match
We are trying something new -- a match specifically geared for concealed carry on the first Sunday of the month for July, August, and September.
Highlights:
It will be USPSA rules with IDPA SCORING
There will be four categories for gear: concealed or open holster and high capacity or low capacity firearm with 10 rounds being the delineation. This is a concealed carry match and all gear used should be practical in nature and something that you carry daily. No cross draw, shoulder holster, small of the back (typical 4 or 5 o'clock is fine) or pocket holsters will be permitted.
The number of stages is dependent upon the amount of help setting up the match but we will have no less than 4 stages and always make an effort to have 6 stages.
Price is 20 dollars for non members and 15 dollars for current members.
Participants should bring a minimum of 150 rounds and would be better off with 200.
Acceptable calibers are .380 ACP, .38 special, 9mm, .40 S&W, .357 Sig and .45 ACP.
Match set-up will be starting at 2:00 and hammer down at 3:30 -- help is ALWAYS appreciated and essential to success!
There may be additional information as we go -- refining matches to best suit our competitors' needs and practicality.
Come on out and give the match a try
