My wife has tribal land from her family and if anything ever happens on the land, only a federal agent (BIA, Game Warden, Tribal Police etc) can come onto the land without being invited onto the property. With that being said, being on tribal land is like being on Military base, where its probably not allowed, but it would be up to that governing power to decide. I would contact that tribes police or BIA to find out the specifics of that area.</p></blockquote><p></p>
