Colorfornia caught my eye as well.

Sounds like someone got bored. Supposedly looked at 200 "indicators" for the states to determine their ranking. Of course, deciding what effect those "indicators" had on each state would have required a bit of reasoning, and if they ARE a bit left of center, I have to question that reasoning.
