According to the city, the council voted 4-1 to develop potential actions “that could result in one or more municipal ordinances regulating ‘adult entertainment’ in public spaces.

Well you know honestly I am a crime and punishment sort so there's lots of things I would be ok when it comes to the punishment fitting the crime .
