I always assumed this was common sense. Takes a lot of resources to make batteries and a new vehicle. Also the power has to come from somewhere. Then there’s getting rid of old batteries.

Based on 1200 miles a year for the classic and assuming that classic has not been updated to
run super clean.

I drive way more than 1200 miles a year in my classics.
But I do think that post opens some eyes.
