Aha.....Benghazi rears it's ugly head once again....

http://www.judicialwatch.org/press-...-point-white-house-misleading-talking-points/

Short version: Ben Rhodes, brother of CBS News executive, White House PR guy, decided to get some cover for the admin and ignore the facts having rice lie to the world...

Obviously not a rhodes scholar, he sent a memo with the plan which was released last Friday.

Makes me reconsider Candy Crowley and Obummers remarks during the debates when she supported him and he asked her for the transcript of his rose garden remarks....

in retrospect it certainly appears scripted.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5kbv7H_Sp-U around 1:05 in the clip...

Crowley admitting she was wrong.... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=athcyCTnTTs

Wonder if they are thinking they'll be defending against articles of impeachment down the road??

Expect Network coverage never....

Well now.....

They finally decided, after a FOIA, rather than the house subpoena, that maybe there is something fishy going on....

http://www.foxnews.com/politics/2014/05/02/house-committee-subpoenas-kerry-over-benghazi-documents/

Mr Salvato has some harsh words for the administration...

The crib notes version..

"That the Obama Administration has no problem lying to the American people in the pursuit of its agenda should be troubling enough, but now we have the issue of their complicity in covering-up the deaths – the murders – of four Americans. Anyone else executing the same rhetorical maneuvers would be charged with obstruction of justice, perjury and accessory to murder."

http://newmediajournal.us/indx.php/item/11672

Might prove interesting.

PS - It appears that the classification of the memos occurred, which led to the redaction in the released versions, came after the subpoenas and FOIA.

Pretty sure that's not allowed.....

Well as light continues to filter through bureaucratic incompetence we see some interesting sights...

http://www.redstate.com/2014/06/09/hillarys-operation-fast-furious-al-qaeda-edition/

Cliff notes: the serial number on a stinger fragment used to claim a ch-47 in July, was not a soviet era left over, rather "was part of the same lot the CIA turned over to the *Qataris in early 2011, weapons Hillary Rodham Clinton’s State Department intended for anti-Khadafy forces in Libya." brought to you by the current admin.......and congressional inaction....

Stay tuned...

Uh oh...whistle blowers come forward...

http://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2014/06/first_benghazi_whistleblower_emerges.html

So, you know those "coollio" cell phones the government types tend to have? Turns out, with the proper equipment and authority you can hear what people are saying on them.....No way! Right??

Right! So during the multi-hour attack, it turns out the attackers had recovered, and were making reports to off-site actors using those cell phones. Even better, we were listening to them!!

Technology is amazing....

Funny, this little, practically meaningless, factoid, that we were listening to the reports via the cell phones during the attack, was left out of the select committee report. No way!! Right??

Guess it makes the video narrative we suffered through for the immediate pre-election time frame, a teensy bit more difficult to defend.... Ah drats!

Since the IRS claim that they "lost" not only Learners mails but also six others connected to the investigation, Congress issued subpoenas for pretty much all the digital media she might have used.

http://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2014/06/issa_subpoenas_irs_for_lerners_hard_drive.html

Interesting since they, IRS administrators, are already on record, under oath, stating they were reviewing the emails in question earlier....

So, if the attorney general is the one to have to push the go button on criminal investigations, how long I wonder can he delay??

I mean, before he gets hauled up for impeachment.....

I'm thinking Congress has had more than enough "be'in dissed" by these people...

I hope at least of couple of you have been tuned into the IRS email saga.

For those who have not, there has been a non-stop effort by the IRS to deny blatant lies told to congress by the IRS. This has resulted in ridiculous claims of things like, we have the emails, we lost the emails, we lost the back ups, we found the backups, all without much interest from the media.

Few if any comments about how an agency of the government gets to violate federal law pertaining to backups, etc. Little if any, discussion about professional IT guys, some well into the six figures, losing things without documentation, no effort to produce existing policy internal to the agency and how it says it's doing business, and how it evaluates itself in its efforts.

Basically, they'd appear to want you to believe there is nothing that could have been done, its all a big accident that 7 employees, all targeted by congress, had their hard drives lost, emails and backup unavailable. Ah shucks....

Well, it now comes forth that there is evidence that the State department and the IRS were colluding to deprive a group their protected rights. Because at least two agencies, supposedly independent, thought they should not be entitled to those rights despite little things like, the law.

Humm who could possibly coordinate not one but at least two agencies, to deprive citizens of their rights? Say it with me, the executive branch, that's who....

Sounding a little Nixon like yet??

Another couple of items likely to be ignored by the ever vigilant press...

First, who knew things being "too onerous" was an automatic exemption from FOIA? News to me. I wonder who gets to determine the level of effort to which a request must rise before the clause is invoked? Oh, the same people who don't want to fulfill the legal request in the first place! Of course, brilliant!!

http://www.americanthinker.com/blog/2014/08/irs_coverup_revelation_1_today.html

Second, turns out Lois L had a couple of blackberry's, at least on of which was "destroyed" wink wink, nudge nudge, months after the controversy broke and congressional investigation was underway.

In another brilliant, unassumingly random act, conducted without any internal correspondence or direction, there was apparently, no effort by any (insert appropriate agency here) employee to save or recover any data from the device.

You don't say.... Seems file boxes in the closet is not quite the same defense that it was in the pre digital age. Who could have guessed that?

So, it appears that the "lost emails" of our heroine Lois are not quite so lost, despite claims by the Commissioner that they would be so difficult to find they couldn't be bothered to even try.

Seems that some in the agency are actually trying to follow federal law regarding back ups and retention; disaster recovery tapes reveal some 30K emails over the time period in question with hundreds of tapes left to review.

I know, old news, why worry about that old non-story? I may not understand the ramifications completely, but I believe collusion between branches of government to deprive citizens of their rights might raise even some heavy leftist eyebrows....
