Not looking for minimum inner. In a little over my head, thought notched ones were all the same.

Are you looking for just the standard round end cap that goes on just before the front sight/gas block? That holds on round G.I. type handguards?

So now you need a Magpul mid-length handguard? I believe I have one or two of those.
