No, Chick-fil-A is made from scratch except for the slaw dressing.
I don't put a lot of stock in cole slaw being "made from scratch." It's a bag of mixed cabbage and carrots with dressing in it.
It really doesn't matter but its not pulled of a bag. Cabbage is washed and shredded and the carrots are pretty much the same. No cutting open a bag and dumping in a bowl.

That's pretty much what happens before it it put into a bag. Really doesn't matter what order it happens in.
