Heck, just having a truck would have won the war for us in about 2 days. Or a claymore, or a case of SPAM, or a set of Wal-Mart walkie talkies, or a claymore (I like claymores), or some MARPAT camo, or 1 single .308 Sniper System...

With ARs, we could have owned the planet in about a week.
