Are these actual cards or story lines from TWD?

Quarantine, go search for drugs, burn the bodies, post extra guards, beware of the Gov.

We had never watched or had ANY interest in TWD. For some unknown reason, clicked on it on Netflix 3 weeks back. Thanks to cold, crappy weekend, caught up on all 4 seasons.
I admit it. We are fans.
But these Conflict cards seem just too coincidental to be coincedence.
