I was wondering if there are serious consequences if one were to chose to carry into an establishment with a no gun policy or gunbuster signs or if an individual didn't see or recognize said signs. Is this a area where they would only be able to to ask you to leave, press charges? I'm not talking about post offices, federal or city offices, or schools or anything where they are clearly defined.

They can only ask you to leave and if you do not, they can file trespass charges, a misdemeanor.
Yes, you are correct. Leave or trespass charge.
They can ask you to leave. If you refuse to leave, they can have you cited for criminal trespass. That's it. Some states like Texas have criminal codes for carry in a posted business, but OK doesn't.
This is in the new law that takes effect Nov. 1, is it not?

Well I thought there was verbage in the new handgun law that changed this to a misdemeanor trespass offense?
It's still a crime, even if it's a misdemeanor. IIRC, it's not changing to unlawful carry.
There was no new verbage concerning a business owners right to allow people carrying firearms. Any business owner can ask you to leave and if you fail to do so can hit you for trespassing...doen't have to deal with firearms.
Thanks you for confirming, I will continue to conceal carry anywhere i can lawfully.
