Now there's an oxymoron. Hence why he'd still be wearing the paracord bracelet.

Did ten years in law enforcement, and met a few of your oxymorons. They're the ones you have to be on the look out for. On the other hand, I'll lay odds that the item in question was originally designed by, and intended for sale to, police officers. You can never have too many spare cuff keys tucked away.

4 years in law enforcement right now, and I still have yet to meet one of your oxymorons. I haven't met a one yet that wasn't a moron.

Ever heard of the exception that proves the rule? (whatever that means . . . ) He (or she) is out there, waiting for you to go into a situation as though all bad guys are idiots.
