I have a Pittsburg 24” breaker bar that’s great, but I also have a set of Harbor Freight flare nut wrenches that should have “-ish” after the numbers. I bought them because my dad needed some metric flare nut wrenches for one project, but looking at the way they fit, I think they’d run a close second to Vise-Grips in the “rounding that son of a buck right off” category.
The only high dollar tools I ah e ornately sought out were buying snap on ratchets and snap on flare wrenches in both SAE and Metric. Everything else is a wash all my regular wrench’s and sockets are older craftsmen’s. Most of my impact sockets are Pittsburg. But nobody has brought as better set of line wrenches to market than Snap on in my opinion.

I waited till page 7 to get onboard. I was gifted a Craftsman mechanic tool set in the 70s. I still have that set. This new one is nothing like the USA made original.

I like the thinner ratchets, but the sockets are cheaply made. The box is good and organized, but there's a lot of wasted space.

The newer ignition wrenches look like they're made from stamped steel. Nothing like my original set.

My biggest find was snap-on tools at a thrift store. Ratchet and a few sockets.

This new one will be my house box.
