This is a short barrel rifle B&T TP9 with the older threaded barrel guide (they now have a proprietary 3 lug). The suppressor is a Thompson Machine SG. It's quite large but the TP9 does not do well with increased backpressure. It needs a true smg suppressor with a large expansion chamber. The SG is long but it is very quiet, well built, can be disassembled for cleaning (very rarely needed), and it only cost $400. I also just added a brass catcher. Now I need a quality optic.
