My wife does and she has a partial admission by me that I might try it if that counts 
I tried it briefly, but even after a gradual ramp-up, I eventually saw what they were talking about regarding the risks of joint and ligament damage. I quickly ditched it in favor of less extreme forms of exercise. More power to those of you who can handle it safely, and some women who do it are hot:

We have a couple of friends in Dallas who are hard-core Crossfitters. He's had to have surgery on both his knees but he swears that the training program has helped more than it has hurt him.

I would just as soon do P90x or insanity as opposed to crossfit.
Dont buy into the fads. Get off your oversize rears and move your body.... simple as that.
