It only took 1/4 fortunately, and I was on my feet for about 30 minutes. We were grinning ear to ear.
It's rennet from the cheese-making kit. We made up mozarella from a gallon of milk.
Great stuff! We had a lot of fun. It was way easier than I thought.
We kind of screwed up the curding process but it turned out well anyway.
