Where are you located? Does the barrel have to be removed from action for you to start or do you do that?

I dropped off a barreled action to David Tuesday at noon for threading and got a text Wednesday evening saying it was ready to go. David is a great guy and does great work. I will use him again and I recommend him if you need any work done.
