I have a new CZ 457 Varmint on its way and have not been able to find any pictures or discussions on the forearm configuration. From someone having one, what's going to be the best way to mount a bipod?
Maybe something like this that mounts to the sling swivel stud?

Hopefully I can find something that won't damage or dent the forearm.
Just search "bipod sling stud" on amazon and you'll get hundreds of options. none of them will damage the forearm. CZ457 is a great rifle.
I bought an HW97 airgun that had one installed without a rubber cushion and the forearm has depressions. I'm trying to avoid that on the CZ.
A mount which attaches to the sling swivel. A good one has padding so as not to damage the forearm. You can add padding if worried just make sure you adhere to the mount not the rifle.
Depends on how much work youbwant to do. I added an arca rail to my 457 mtr stock with t nuts. If you're in need of a stock I have that and a mdt xrs I'd part ways with
