With out having a c and r license how can I order one from them.

May not qualify for C and R. You would have to have it shipped to a FFL, and do the 4473. Depending on the age. Check out Armslist Gfer.

I contacted the companies and they will still sell them but just make sure I have it going to an ffl, I may try and check out a gunshow or two. Only thing on arms list were in Lawton and its cheaper to buy online then drive down there.
