Got this in as a Christmas gift for my stepfather and thought you might like to see it. An author friend has a blade import/restoration company and commissioned these (sharppointythings.com), although he usually doesn't put them on his website. He sold me this one off Farcebook.

A fine looking knife. Interesting taper down to the butt of the hilt. That blade has got to be able to take a good edge. I would have fun with that. Congrats.

I just spent some time getting this one sharp. It has Never been sharpened, it was difficult using it on my Spyderco Sharpener. I have never sharpened a knife so large. 15.4” long! I got it very sharp!

It is not a Uncle Henry from the past. I don’t think they are made in the USA like the 2 KaBars were.
It will make a good jack around knife for the Jeep.
