Deer corn suppliers

Hey, all. Every year, someone asks where deer corn can be found and at what cost. I thought I’d kick off a thread for others to add to and refer to for their needs.

I purchased bulk corn directly from a farmer yesterday and he said I could share his info with anyone who might need corn. What I got is as clean as anything you can buy commercially.

Coalton Shavings and Feed, Henryetta. $8.10/50 lb bag so .162 per pound. 9 cents/lb is super cheap even for bulk corn. Just wish Perkins wasn't so far away.

Tractor supply in Woodward had it $8/40lb on 9/1.

Wishbone you can go to Fishers and get bulk for cheap if you’ve got a trailer and place to store it. It is a lot closer to your place, a couple miles east of 48 if headed north between Gypsy and Bristow.

Is it Fisher Farms that's off of S 257th West? Taking W 301st South off Hwy 48? I've got several 55 gallon barrels with locking lids so might need to give them a call. Thank you!

Sheffield Farms in Webbers Falls is selling bulk corn for $0.11 per pound.
It’s straight off the combine so it’s not the cleanest. But it is very reasonable.

9 cents a pound a pretty good deal.

I typically buy mine at the Perry Co-Op Bulk corn was $6 per bushel (56 lbs) when I last bought it over labor day.

So does this bulk corn need to drop out of a hopper into the bulk container or can you scoop load 5 gallon or 55 gallon barrels ?

It’s coming down out of an auger, but I bet they could figure out how to scoop load from something.
