1000 acres 6$/acre OBO includes all waterfowl and deer.

520 Acres with 3 ponds, large slew (approx 10 acres) Duck magnet! already have seen teal on one of these ponds, will be taking pictures out there tomorrow. 6 miles north of Eufala lake
320 Acres mostly Ag land with approx 20 acres timber, 1 very large deer on this property still in velvet. (I know this is meaningless without pictures, but i'm working on that!)
160 Acres 30 acres in woods, 30 acres in pasture, 100 acres in Ag. 1 pond on this property. Holds lots of deer.
Ponds/slew should easily accomodate 4-6 duck hunters.
Ag/timber land should easily accomodate 3-4 deer hunters.
