Welcome to the first of three deer hunting contest. Site owner JB Books has graciously offered a $50 gift card to each of the winners of Archery, Muzzle Loader, and Rifle seasons.
The contest entry thread will be a sticky at the top of the page and is not for discussions, just entries. There will be a discussion thread started.
You will post a pic and story of your hunt, with you and your equipment in the pic. A random draw by post number will be made when the season ends to determine the winner. Archery season runs until January 15, so that is when this contest will end. If you have your kids with you in camo, get a pic with them in the field and enter it into Kids in Camo contest that is also a sticky.
We also have a sponsor for the Deer hunting seasons contest that is going to give away free products to a random winner prior to each season. A separate thread for this drawing will be used.
What is going to be offered is a new product that helps to eliminate scent, some mineral, and an attractant that can be used to blend into a feeder, or dumped on a trail to stop a deer in your shooting lane.

The sponsor has agreed to give away an 8 oz container of concentrated odor spray to put on the body, and a pint of scent clearing detergent to wash hunting clothes in prior to the hunt. 8-16 loads of laundry are possible with the laundry detergent.
There will also be one 10lb bag of Big Bucks Plus mineral Supplement and an 8lb bag of attractant given away prior to each season.
Both scent elimination products will go to one winner. The bags of supplement and attractant will go to separate winners
