No you don't. I just got rid of this turd. I got mine (22lr) new and it fell to crap in a few months. Finish wore down to bare metal from riding in a pack. Top stock wire bent and broke at the receiver, and when I traded it off the hammer would bairly lock back to shoot. The trigger pull was heavy and not consistent. It is made of pot metal and plastic. Mine had 200 rounds of cci mini mag through it. It's a cheap novelty and belongs along side Rohm-rg revolvers.

I don't know if it had a warranty or not, it's gone now. For what it's worth it was somewhat accurate. But to send back a turd to get fixed will probably just get me a repaired turd. I took a chance it was a cute novelty but not much more. I would let my 7 year old plink with it, but as any sort of "survival" firearm it very much so did not meet expectations. Save yourself disappointment and brake down a cricket, saw down a yildiz tk-36 with 22 adapter, or get a ruger charger or 10-22 td.
