I will admit, it's not for everyone; however, it has worked out for me. I started at the bottom in Enterprise Support, and there were several times in the first year that I thought about quitting; however, I'm glad now that I didn't. Honestly, there are a lot of good people doing good things there, but often that can get lost in the chaos that is a call center.
