Hey everyone, here is a little update since everyone asked. I am doing really well, my doctors and I both think that I am on the "right" medication that seems to work well for my depression. Before I couldn't see the light at the end of the tunnel, but now I can and I know it's not the end of the world if something happens. I try to take life in small steps now instead of all at once. Small goals, small victories, small setbacks. The truth is I have had depression for so long that went untreated, that I really did forget how good life can be. Now that I am treating it with the right medication and therapy, I know I am definitely on the right path now. I've learned a lot about myself and who I am through this process, and the person who I've been the past few years, was definitely not me. It feels oh so good to be back. Thanks all for your support and encouragement, IT MEANT MORE THAN YOU WILL EVER KNOW!
