Did anyone go to the Goldsby gun auction yesterday?

These were guns confiscated by the state from a dealer in Kay county. Most were nib. The March auction will be the last of these seized guns

I think it is mostly people that can't pass a background check or do not want to even try.

No not at this auction. You have to fill out and pass (no delay) a 4473 in advance to buy at this auction. I think it has something to do with the fact they where confiscated guns from a dealer and not a private collector. Not sure who branch is using as his ffl on these guns either.

Craig Co. sheriff's auction in Vinita last week required a background check after purchase. Prices were almost cheap to fairly steep.
