I like that he stands up to the Japanese whalers... I find it wrong that each countrysets it's own quota for "research" and such... Someone needs to enforce the ban. That being said, Watson is a level 99 doucher.

My favorite is the soft armor stopping the high caliber lead round, at best, 40 meters

At sea, a captain has lots of rights. If he determines that a vessel under his control is not seaworthy and a hazard to navigation, he can scuttle it. Unless there is strong evidence that he did so fraudulently, it would be very hard to win a judgement against him. But then, who knows what he told his crew and confidants? Their testamony might hurt him.
