Funny, I just saw this thread and thought it was new. Then I checked the date to see 9/8/11. We are definitely going to dip below 10k again this year. I have mixed emotions. Obviously I hate seeing my investments fall but I think if the market is hovering around 9k at election time, Obama's opponent will get a pretty big lift from it.
I picked up some shares of BP, T, and MO this morning. I hope that buying on the dips continues to pay off. Who knows where this crazy market will go. It seems that everything is down today.

Is it just me or does the DJI dip every time the Pres or Geitner is on? You would think Warren Buffet would tell him to STHU!
