Double barrel 12ga

I fell in love with the Mossberg Silver Reserve Eventide and the Browning Cynergy CX Composite, along with most of the CZ models but I have a feeling no one local has any of those.
I'm looking for an over under or a side by side 12 for my Ole Bessie project.
Prerequisites: it has to fully function with no busted furniture and no broken or missing parts. Has to be modern enough to still be on the parts market.
Wants: Blonde wood or black or grey synthetic (not deal breakers) ; stainless, matte black, or case hardened (not deal breakers).
Budget friendly (i.e. under 4 digits, I'm not a professional trap/skeet shooter and not looking to become one)
Barrel length and chokes don't matter, it's getting chopped even with the forend.
Located in Mustang.

EZ pawn in Duncan has 2 Browning over and under. 1-12 Gauge and 1-20 Gauge. Pretty guns but have been used. They are in the $600 range. I stopped by there yesterday and saw them. EZ pawn's phone is 580-470-8744 ask for Brad. Brad is the gun guy at that shop.
