I suspect he will pass out and fall soon. Not how I'd like to see it end, but what I think will happen. Either that, or considering he has no shoes and must be getting weak, he will fall while climbing down.

He was climbing between 70 and 200 feet up. I'm not sure where he is now.
He's got a shot at surviving the fall if it comes to that. I seem to remember a story a while back where a guy jumped of a 40 story building(400+ft suicide attempt) and survived. The car he landed on however, did not.
