I did, and from what I read the white guy squared off with the other for threatening people. There was not a single bit about him not wearing a mask except the description that he wasn't wearing a mask.
Did you read Fade to Blue's comment that I quoted? Maybe you should read it because he alluded to the white guy confronting the perp for "not wearing a mask," not for the threats.
I do love how the "maskless" made it into the headline, whereas being BSC did not. If you just read the headline you don't realize the guy was just off his nut, being a menace, destroying property, etc. But the headline makes the "maskless" part seem like a major aspect to the story - but I don't think it was, ultimately.
