I just recently bought a Yahkee Hill 7800 complete upper and matched it to a Black Rain lower that I built. Everything looked great until I chambered a dummy round for testing and had trouble manually ejecting it. It seemed to stick in the chamber and I had to use a lot of force on the charging handle to get it to break free. I went back and cleaned the chamber thouroughly in case it was due to a very sticky residue. It was still very difficult, so I put the safety and tried it with live rounds in case the dummy was out of spec, and it is still tough. I am worried that case expansion will lock it up if I were to actually fire it. Has anyone seen this issue with a new upper? Is this reason enough for concern that I should contact Primary Arms where I gought it?

Thanks for and advice you can provide.
