A scuffle at a restaurant in Greenwood turned into a six-hour police standoff.
Tulsa police say it started at Fat Guy's Burger Bar around 9:45 p.m. Wednesday.
Officers say it started with an argument between employees and a group of customers when the suspect got involved and pointed a gun at customers, threatening to kill them.
Customers ran out and called police while the suspect climbed through the rafters and hid.
Police tried contacting his friends and relatives to talk him down, and about six hours later, he turned himself in.
He's facing an assault with a deadly weapon charge. Police say other charges could be added.
The suspect's name hasn't yet been released, but officers say he does have a record.
Tulsa police found the gun inside a deep freezer in the restaurant after he came down.
