A "weekly basis". Maybe if you're a SEAL or Delta Force. My department provided 50 rounds twice a year for qualifications.

There's a touching story on Kershaw's facebook page about a police officer who used a Kershaw knife to cut clothes off of injured people, cut debris out of the way, open packages of medical supplies, etc...


It was an assisted-opener (so technically, no civilian in MA could own it).
