Here's some pics. The sight comes with a red fiber optic installed and there is a red and green piece of fiber in the bag that comes with it that you can probably get three or four replacement fiber optic pieces from if you want or need to replace it. Nice , the addition of the sight tool and loctite and extra colors of fibres. makes an easier job..8)
I put the 10-8 on my M&P 40, it had extra tubes also, its a push on sight, so I let the local smithy do it...8)
The nite sites on the G30, just seemed right, but I had to buy the sight tool.

(My Glock 26 is a Gen 3 with stock sights, bought it originally for the wife to get her out of .380, but she wont carry it). Not a Glock but love the fiber optic front sight on my new XD Mod.2 9mm sub that just replaced my 11 yr old XD 9 sub that was my main carry.
