FIFO can storage plans or diy projects?

Currently we keep our canned goods on the regular wire racks and it's a pain in the arse to keep track of rotation and other half will just grab 1st one she sees when she does the cooking. Do any OSA'rs have building plans for a first-in-first-out can storage rack or repurposed something to make it work? The ones available for purchase look pretty flimsy and bring a premium these days. TIA.

I've seen pictures of homemade ones that are vertical. First can goes to the bottom where you would pull it out.

I use these and larger ones. I also write the label on the top of the can with a sharpie in big letters. You can fit 6 of the small ones on costco shelf.
