I got the swivel at brigadoon's for $2 for a 2 pack. Heck of a deal. I followed the instructions <a href="http://stormdrane.blogspot.com/2009/01/doubled-paracord-bracelet.html" target="_blank">here</a>, and ended up using ~90 feet of 550 paracord.
