I don't think it would fit in the SP101 cylinder. The Bulldog .44 cylinder is 1.45" dia, the SP101 is 1.35". And if you look at the cylinder on the Bulldog, there is no extra meat to remove.

Well damn it - I was wondering about the cylinder size, and I know I've read about some concerns with the "meat" (or lack thereof) around the Bulldog cylinder. I was hoping there was a way, as Ruger tends to build them a bit sturdier. I guess I'll look for a Bulldog at the Wannenmacher anyway.

I want a gun as light and small as the p32, as powerful as a 44mag, hold as many rounds as a xdm9, and be as accurate and easy shooting as a 22-45.
