400 rounds of ball 100 of light lead loads 100 JHP 100% reliable.
I have got to come up with some sights that work yet look the part. I want to keep as much of the vintage 1911A1 look as possible.
The Ed Brown barrel worked out.
The Wilson trigger and sear perfect.
I am leaving the hammer, grip safety for the look.
The trigger is fairly plain looking.
But past 15 yards the A1 front sight is just non existent.
The pistol shoots better than this much better.
Need to figure out the sights.
