Firsts

Lets see some pics of first kills...deer, elk, bear, coyotes...whatever. Here are a couple of mine to start. I was up late scanning old pics into the computer last night..LOL.
First deer, shot about 50 yards across the road from the Cogar, OK Fire Station in 1979.

First mule deer. Near Meeker, CO in 1992.

Ahh! A guy I knew used to have that school land leased at one time across from the Fire Station.

Small world. My uncles never had it leased but farmed it for the guy who did. Lots of people seemed to just stop and hunt it too. Kind of a pain sometimes.

The one on the left is my now 13 yr old shot when he was 11 in 2008 his first time deer hunting, it weighed 260lbs on the hoof. The one on the right is my first buck shot in 2006. Thats my nephew his first time hunting last year, it weighed 177lbs on the hoof.

Wish I had a scanner I would join in. Got pictures of my first deer, duck, and elk floating around here somewhere.

It is ok bettingpython. Did you notice the cut throat on my first buck. I thought you were supposed to do that to them after you killed them to let them bleed out. Now I know that he had already bled out in the chest cavity. Those are some great first Surjimmy!
