There is your problem. Should be twice that diameter.
As you have now seen. Has it done this before?

Once. About 15 years ago. The drain is in the atrium in the middle of the house. Under or in a slab. Can you imagine what it would cost to put a larger one in? I shudder to think.

Oh I had alreay imagined it was under alot of concrete. Get a sump pump for standby when its raining hard maybe. And make sure the outlet isnt blocked partially

We got over 6 inches just South of Piedmont, filled the lake up. Damn boat was floating over the retaining wall.

Def a welcome rain as we were down over a foot
