I just saw a report on Tucker that a LOT of OFFICERS not just the few we heard about earlier that were on the scene in the first 10 minutes did nothing but set up the perimeter and direct traffic away from the area. The audio of radio transmissions confirmed the story and was just released a couple of hours ago.
