It appears the "if you see something, report it" may actually just be a recorded message now, and has to go through a plethora of channels to get to the FBI station in the area vs past when a caller actually talked to an agent in their district. I can't verify this, and aren't going to call that number, but this could be an issue that needs to be resolved if that's the case.</blockquote>
