Get off my lawn.
I got out and lit mine up today. Man this thing is a sweet shooter. I was making holes touch at about 15 yards. Double action is good, but a little heavy. I may swap to a 10# hammer spring, but the pull on single action is very nice.

357 magnums kick like a mule, but with some factory .38spl the thing shoots like a .22. I love this gun with .38s.

Now you know why the .357 Magnum is my favorite caliber. Artillery or a big stick, take your pick. If you really want a party, handload some 125 XTP's or Gold Dots up to about 1450. Then you'll be a rocking! :mosh:

Here's the 1st one of my two, and the roughest one. It was by far the nastiest gun I've ever had to clean. I have no idea what they were shooting in it, but it was alot of it, it was nasty and it was a long time ago. It had white crust in the chamber throats. I don't even know if this gun had been cleaned. Ever! The forcing cone/cylinder face was just caked and baked. Kroil didn't even want to take it off. But it finally did with an overnight soak and a lot of wire brushing. I had to chuck up a 44 caliber bronze brush in a drill to get the chambers clean. Kroil and JB Bore Paste in the barrel and it's a nice shiney bore now. But once done it should be a pretty nice shooter.

i think whoever had mine used the rear sight as an improvised hatchet, and the gun as a dropcloth when eating. I haven't done anything for the outside yet, but it did clean up nice. Shoots good too. I'll get pics up tomorrow.

God, you guys suck......

Josh, I will probably be in OKC next week. Want me to pick yours up? I am going to bead blast one of mine. It is in the cleaning bucket right now.

I really like the way Ty's turned out, it looks great. I think I am going bead blast one of them, with factory grips, and polish one with some wood grips.

Yeah that would be awesome. I forgot olyeller has one though so I'll see if he can do it since he's just up the road from me. If he can't I'll let you take it and we can figure out what I owe you and Ty.

It did improve hugely. I carried it today at church. I'll shoot it some more today. And shoot at it some. (With the camera that is.) My N frame OWB actually worked quite well with the GP. I was pleasantly surprised.
