"The United States District Court, Southern California District granted a temporary restraining order Tuesday against the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco Firearms and Explosives to stay a planned raid on an Oceanside gun parts supplier and seizing its inventory and customer records. The planned action was due to the company providing the public with heretofore legal so-called “80 percent lower receivers,” unfinished gun parts that must be further processed by the purchasers in order to result in a legally-defined “firearm.”

When it comes to the federal government's law enforcement restraining orders are meaningless. In the case of Ares they'll execute their warrant, take the records they want and then when a judge says to give them back they will. Cause they've already made all the copies they need. And we put up with this crap in this country. And you'll let the Feds convince you that Flight 370 crashed into the ocean.

I heard this morning that the warrant has been executed by the ATF. Docs and unfinished lowers were all ceased. What a crock of BS!
