I carry a glock 21 in a cleveland holster, the muzzle is not exposed and I never have a pinching issue.

The quickest solution is to put your pistol in the normal position, and pull the trigger. It will remove all the offending soft tissue to make your concealment more enjoyable.

If your weapon happens not to fit as snug as you want... you can always put a pad of velcro [soft loop side] inside the holster.... works very well.

I really like that holster..lightweight for my MP and G23.
Crossbreeds for the 1911's...they are a little wider...spread the weight.
