Unique is a universal powder for pistol and shotgun. Anything but magnums can use unique. Good to have around if your preferred powder is not available.
As most of us know - it's gonna be hit and miss for the foreseeable future.... very difficult but not impossible to find powder. I shoot high volume and just have to work harder to find what I want and/or be prepared to buy larger quanities when I can find what I need... The large online powder suppliers as well as the small brick and mortar "mom & pops" have had standing orders for several months and typically can't tell you what they're getting - but they can tell you when they get deliveries... Be persistant, make some calls and build some relationships with those who you choose to do business with... If you find yourself driving around hunting for powder or hoping you'll get lucky and find it cause you're in the area or even online - it's a lot of wasted effort, time and money in this market... I just scored big from Powder valley today from practicing a little due diligence and some basic follow-up skills on some powder that many in competitive circles swear is impossible to get... Just sayin' you gotta roll with the punches and work smarter because it can be done without bending over at the gun shows or listening to those that say the market is completely dry - sometimes they're one in the same...
Have used Unique for 30 years, great all-around powder to have around, never had a problem with it.
Been reading some thing on LilGun, never used it, but may give some a try, IF I ever find any. What say Yee OSA'rs, used LILGUN? what cal? what recipe? for what purpose?

Little gun is typically used for .410 shotgun rounds. I'm not sure if it can be used in 28 ga. Best to consult the manufacturer.
I use lil gun in .22 and .17 hornet works well but I have found a better one. I'm moving and have packed up everything all I remember is it's an IMr powder. Only pistol I load is .44 mag and I use h110 and lil gun in it as well.
